Welcome to the Purla online store (trypurla.com). These terms govern your use of the website and your purchases from it, and are subject to the laws of the State of Kuwait, including Consumer Protection Law No. 39 of 2014 and its Executive Regulations, and Electronic Transactions Law No. 20 of 2014. By using the website or placing an order you agree to these terms.

2. Products
We take care that product descriptions, images and specifications are accurate, including country of origin and installation and use instructions. Colours may vary slightly with your screen settings. The shower head needs no technician to install; instructions are inside the box and on the product page.
3. Prices
All prices are in Kuwaiti dinars (KWD). Before you pay you see the full total including delivery; we never add charges that were not shown to you, and we charge no extra fee for paying by KNET, card or any other electronic payment method.
4. How to buy
- Choose a product and add it to your cart.
- Enter your delivery details and choose shipping and payment.
- Review the order summary (items, quantities, delivery fee and total) and correct any mistake before confirming.
- Confirm the order and pay.
- You receive an order confirmation and an electronic invoice by email or phone.
Your purchase is complete once you receive the order confirmation. By placing an order on the website you agree to complete the purchase electronically under the Electronic Transactions Law.
5. Cancelling an order
You can cancel your order free of charge before it ships by contacting us, and we refund the full amount by the same payment method. After delivery, our Returns & Exchange Policy applies.
6. Offers and discount codes
The terms and validity of every offer or discount code are stated when it is announced, and apply equally to all customers.
7. Warranty
The shower head is guaranteed against manufacturing defects for one year from delivery: if a manufacturing defect appears we first repair it, and if it cannot be repaired we replace it, at no cost to you. Filter cartridges and spa steamers are consumables with a limited service life and are guaranteed free of manufacturing defects on delivery. See the Returns & Exchange Policy for details.
8. Intellectual property
All website content, including text, images, videos and logos, belongs to Ever Brands Company and may not be copied or used commercially without prior written permission.
9. Your statutory rights
Nothing in these terms or in any of our policies limits or reduces your rights under the Kuwaiti Consumer Protection Law, and any clause to the contrary is void.
10. Complaints and governing law
We welcome feedback and complaints on WhatsApp +965 5570 2006 or by email at everbrands.co@gmail.com and reply as soon as possible. You may also file a complaint with the Ministry of Commerce and Industry (Consumer Protection Department). These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kuwait, and the Kuwaiti courts have jurisdiction over any dispute.

We may update these terms from time to time; the version published when you place your order applies.
