Where we deliver and what it costs
- Within Kuwait: KWD 1.500 to all areas.
- GCC (Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman): KWD 3.000.
Delivery fees are shown clearly before you pay and nothing is added after the order is confirmed. Some countries charge import duties or taxes, collected by the authorities in the destination country; these are not part of the delivery fee.
Delivery times
- Within Kuwait: same-day delivery for orders confirmed during working hours; orders confirmed later or on holidays are delivered the next working day.
- GCC: 3 to 7 working days from dispatch.
- Pre-orders: the expected availability date is shown on the product page, and we let you know as soon as your order ships.
The expected delivery date is stated in your order confirmation.
Delays and cancellation
If anything delays your order we tell you the new date straight away. You can cancel before dispatch at any time, and you may cancel for a full refund if delivery is more than 14 days later than agreed.
Receiving your order
The courier contacts you before arriving, so please check your address and phone number. Inspect your order on delivery; if it arrives damaged or not as ordered, tell us and we will replace it or refund it at no cost to you.
Failed delivery
If the courier cannot reach you or the address, we contact you to arrange a new time.
