  • Order details: items, amounts and payment method. We never see your card details; the payment gateway processes them directly.
  • Your messages to us on WhatsApp or by email.
  • Browsing data: device and browser type, IP address and cookies.

  • To fulfil and deliver your order and contact you about it.
  • To process payments and refunds and prevent fraud.
  • To provide customer service and answer questions and complaints.
  • To improve the website and measure our advertising.
  • To send offers and marketing messages only if you agreed; you can unsubscribe at any time.
  • To meet legal requirements.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your data. We share it only as needed with:

  • Shopify, our store and hosting platform.
  • Payment providers: MyFatoorah and Taly.
  • Delivery companies, to deliver your order.
  • Analytics and advertising tools such as Meta (Facebook and Instagram), Snapchat and TikTok, through cookies and tracking pixels.
  • Government authorities when required by law.

Where your data is stored

Your data is stored with service providers whose servers may be outside Kuwait, such as Shopify; we choose providers with high protection standards.

How long we keep it

We keep order and invoice records for at least five years as commercial and accounting laws require, complaints for at least six months after they are closed, and delete other data once it is no longer needed.

Your rights

  • To see your data and get a copy of it.
  • To correct inaccurate data.
  • To ask us to delete your data, unless the law requires us to keep it.
  • To withdraw consent to marketing messages at any time.
