Payment methods
- KNET and credit/debit cards (Visa and Mastercard) through the MyFatoorah payment gateway.
- Taly: split your purchase into 4 interest-free, Shariah-compliant payments. Before you confirm you see the cash price and the amount and dates of each instalment; the instalment service is subject to Taly's terms.
- Cash on delivery within Kuwait.
Currency and fees
All prices and payments are in Kuwaiti dinars. You see the total including delivery before you pay, and we charge no extra fee for paying by KNET, card or any electronic method, in line with Central Bank of Kuwait instructions.
Payment security
Payments go through licensed, secure and encrypted payment gateways; we never see or store your card details.
Invoice
After every order you receive an electronic invoice listing the items, quantities, prices, delivery fee, total, payment method and delivery address.
Failed or duplicate payments
If you were charged but the order did not go through, or you were charged more than once, contact us and we will refund the extra amount to the same payment method once verified.
Refunds
Refunds go back to the original payment method under our Returns & Exchange Policy.
